The I-215 Commerce Center is a two phase-4 building industrial project on approximately 52 acres with frontage on I-215 located one mile from Salt Lake International Airport Freight Terminal. Phase One was completed in 9/2018 and consists of the following:
Building A is a 102,146 square foot – 28 foot clear building featuring 22 docks and 4 drive in doors.
Building B is a 374,288 square foot – 32 foot clear building featuring 60 exterior docks and 4 drive in doors.

Building C is a total of 339,000 square foot – 36 foot clear building featuring 54 loading docks and 6 drive in doors.
Building D is a total of 138,000 square foot – 28 foot clear building featuring 34 loading docks and 6 drive in doors.
The state of the art buildings provide prospective tenants with the form and function required to maximize the ROI of the tenant investment in a long term lease. The buildings are managed by Hamilton Partners and leased by Newmark Grubb.
