NEC Continues 20 Year Partnership with Hamilton Partners

NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. will be moving to a new headquarters at 3250 Lacey Road in Downers Grove, IL. The new space will be 47,714 SF and help the company grow from their current location at 500 Park in Itasca, IL.

NEC’s new facility at Esplanade V will feature an advanced 5,000-square-foot research and development lab, as well as a 6,000-square-foot customer briefing center and technology showcase.

Phil Sheridan represented Hamilton Partners in the transaction and worked with NEC find the right space for their new dynamic headquarters.  NEC’s new lease at 3250 Lacey Road continues a 20 year partnership with Hamilton Partners.  Before becoming at tenant at 500 Park Boulevard, NEC occupied space in Hamilton Partners’ 1250 Arlington Heights Road building beginning in 1997.
