Gary Mori is a founding partner of Hamilton Partners and heads the East-West office division. During the past 34 years, Gary has been responsible for all leasing, management and development of Chicago East-West Corridor office properties with full responsibility of more than 4 million square feet of office development.
Prior to Hamilton Partners, Gary was a Project Partner for the Trammell Crow Company. He was in charge of leasing, management, and development of all of the East/West Corridor projects including:
- The Esplanade Office and Hotel Complex with Spiegel Corporate Headquarters build-to-suit project totaling more than 1 million square feet.
- Arboretum Lakes Office Park, 726,000 square feet, with the former Van Kampen Merritt Headquarters build-to-suit project
- Washington Commons, 300,000 square feet, including the Northern Illinois University Suburban Campus build-to-suit project
From 1977 to 1981, he was a Real Estate Loan Officer at Continental Bank in Chicago, IL, where he was responsible for originating and managing various office construction loans. Prior to Continental Bank, Gary was an architect with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago, Kevin Roche in Hamden, CT and PEI & Partners in New York.
