25525 N. Riverwoods Blvd – 576,000 square feet

This project involved developing a 576,000 square foot office building located on 29 acres for HSBC North America Headquarters in Mettawa, IL.  This 5 story building was completed in 2008. The building received the NAIOP Green Development Award for developing with sustainable features, including water use reduction and energy efficient design.

555 Pierce Road – 97,000 square feet

This project was developed for the regional division office of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The tenant occupied approximately one-half of this 3 story, 97,000 square foot building.

1321 W. Thorndale – 210,000 square feet

This project involved the development of a 210,754 square foot warehouse facility completed in 1988 with an expansion of over 100,000 square feet in 1990.

1100 Lake Cook Road – 98,000 square feet

This project involved the development of a 4-story, 98,000 SF regional administrative complex for the Federal Express Corporation.

3500 Lacey Road – 570,000 square feet

Located in The Esplanade at Locust Point, this world-class building is a landmark of Chicago’s East-West Corridor. This project completed in 1990 consisted of a 12 story corporate headquarters facility for Spiegel, Inc.

11301 Irving Park Road – 107,000 square feet

This projected involved the development of a 107,716 square foot facility warehouse for Nippon Cargo Airlines.  The building is a one story distribution building located in the O’Hare South Distribution Center.

1200 Lake Cook Road – 100,000 square feet

This project involved the development of a 4-story, 100,000 square foot regional office in Itasca, IL for Sony Corporation.

1001 Warrenville Road – 136,000 square feet

Located in Arboretum Lakes, this project involved a 5 story corporate headquarters facility for VanKampen Investments.

2100 East Lake Cook Road – 260,000 square feet

This project involved the development of a 12 story, 260,000 square foot office facility for Allstate Insurance Company in Buffalo Grove, IL.

26125 Riverwoods Blvd – 156,000 square feet

This project involved adapting a speculative 156,000 square foot, 6 story building under construction for CDW’s specific requirements, including adding a two level parking structure to accommodate an increased occupant load.  The architect for the building was Wright Architects.

150 Pierce Place – 184,549 square feet

The project was originally speculative construction involving the development of a 6 story, 184,549 square foot building which became the regional corporate headquarters for Boise Cascade. The architect for the building was The Jenkins Group.

This project involved the development of a 2 story, 62,201 square foot office facility for Angus Chemical Company in the Chevy Chase Business Park in Buffalo Grove, IL.
