Hamilton Partners is widely known as a developer of high-end; Class ‘A’ trophy retail developments. These developments typically utilize brick construction; all insulated glass and incorporate architectural details such as clock towers, false second stories and mansard roofs for architectural effect.

Anchored by Mariano’s grocery store, Stoney Creek Promenade is a 101,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center.


Willow Festival   – Northbook, IL

Outstanding development at the northwest corner of Willow & Waukegan Roads in Northbrook, IL. Built in 2007, the development totals 417,000 square feet. Major tenants include: Whole Foods, Lowes, Best Buy, REI, American Chartered Bank


Shops at Flint Creek – Barrington, IL

Shops at Flint Creek was developed in 2007.  The development is a 55,000 SF project anchored by Heinen’s Grocery.
