George Arnold is a partner at Hamilton Partners. He joined the industrial division in 1991 after receiving a Master of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to Kellogg, Mr. Arnold spent five years as a commercial loan officer at Cambridge Trust Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts and four years as a semi-pro hockey player in Sun Valley, Idaho. Mr. Arnold spent twenty-four years in Chicago working in the Industrial Division as a leasing agent and development partner.
George is currently the co-managing partner for Hamilton Partners Salt Lake City and Phoenix Offices. Arnold oversees the Salt Lake City and Phoenix team’s Office, Industrial and Multi-Family development activities. Since moving to Utah in 2015, George has been involved in the development, lease up and disposition of the East Village multi-family project, the Sandy Towers East office building and the acquisition of the 324 State Street office building. The Salt Lake City team is also developing a 921,600 SF industrial project – I-215 Commerce Center, one mile from the Salt Lake City International Freight terminal with prime freeway exposure and the Lake Park Commerce Center in West Valley, Utah. Lake Park Commerce Center is a 779,000 SF, four building industrial project, which began construction in the spring of 2019.
The Arizona office is developing a 268,840 SF, 3 building industrial project – Hamilton Commerce Center in Avondale, Arizona, scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2020.
