Greg Winner is a Partner in the Retail Division of Hamilton Partners, where he has led numerous retail and mixed-use development projects since 2005. With deep experience in site selection, deal structuring, and project execution, Greg plays a key role in identifying and maximizing real estate investment opportunities. He has served as the project partner on multiple ground-up developments and redevelopments, taking the lead in negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture partnerships, and municipal entitlements. His work consistently reflects a strong focus on value creation, risk management, and long-term investment performance.
Before becoming a Partner, Greg served as Chief Information Officer for Hamilton Partners. In that role, he was responsible for enterprise-wide leadership across technology and financial analysis, providing the data-driven insights that informed strategic decision-making across the firm’s portfolio.
Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he focused on Real Estate, Finance, and Management & Strategy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
