Willow Festival

Willow Festival is one of the largest and most exciting retail developments in the Chicagoland suburbs.  The development boasts over 400,000 square feet and includes a prestigious national tenant roster.  Hamilton Partners signed a 99-year ground lease with Society of the Divine Word at the end of 2004. Construction begin almost a year later in November 2005.  Lowes opened for business in October 2006.  Strong leasing continued and by December 2010, Hamilton Partners sold the buildings and assigned the ground lease as well as underlying permanent debt to Regency Centers .
