Deer Park Office Center Re-Signs 67,000 SF and Grows

The Chicago Suburbs continue to see growth as Mike Rolfs and Hamilton Partners re-signed two major tenants at its Deer Park Office Center.

Robert Half International has signed a long term renewal of 47,334 sf to keep the top staffing agency at 21925 Field Parkway, Deer Park, IL.  The company places temporary and permanent staff through eight divisions. The firm also has an established internal audit and risk consulting division in Protiviti. Robert Half operates from more than 330 staffing locations worldwide.

The Plexus Groupe has also signed a long-term renewal and expansion next door at 21805 Field Parkway, Deer Park II.  Plexus is a privately-held national insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm with its own international network.  The group expanded its headquarters to over 19,000 SF, in addition to its offices in downtown Chicago, Dallas and Oklahoma City.

Eton Pharmaceuticals and Tassi and Co.
