Beaubien Joins HP & Opens Phoenix Office

PHOENIX – Hamilton Partners today announced Fred Beaubien has joined the company as the newest Partner to head the new Phoenix office. He joins Hamilton Partners from Cushman Wakefield where he was executive director. Beaubien began his career as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s first Chicago employees and played an instrumental role in establishing the company’s brand in the city.

He was the leading producer in Chicago for many years with a client portfolio including General Motors, USG Corporation, and Kraft Foods. Fred won the Chicago Sun Times’ Commercial Broker of the Year for the 1.4 Million SF ATT Corporate Center and was nominated for the award numerous times. Fred and his team won the NAIOP Deal of the Year for the Blue Cross built-to-suit headquarters in Chicago.

After several years in Chicago, Fred relocated to San Jose, California to help build the company’s presence in Silicon Valley. Among his notable transactions in Silicon Valley were the representation of Santa Clara County in the acquisition of (7) city blocks, (13) acres in downtown San Jose for a medical/government center, and the sale of 3Com’s 800,000 SF headquarter campus.

Now, Beaubien will establish Hamilton Partners’ office in Phoenix and utilize his experience to grow its’ footprint in the market. Along with his outstanding career awards, he continues to be active in his communities and the industry, having served on the board of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
