Hamilton Partners Expands DuPage County Footprint with Acquisition of Parkview Plaza

Hamilton Partners has partnered again with Millbrook Real Estate Company to acquire Parkview Plaza. Parkview Plaza is a nine-story, Class A office building in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Parkview Plaza will be leased by Hamilton Partners and managed by Millbrook Real Estate Company. This acquisition continues the expansion of Hamilton Partners’ footprint in DuPage County to over 3 million and increases Millbrook’s portfolio to over 3 million square feet of office space.
