Morgan/Harbour to Design and Construct 800 Northgate Parkway

Woodridge-based Morgan/Harbour has been selected to design and construct a 181,046 square foot speculative warehouse facility at 800 Northgate Parkway in Wheeling for the developer, Hamilton Partners.

The project, which Hamilton Partners named 800 Northgate Parkway, will include 32’ clear height, 35 exterior docks, additional land for car or trailer parking, and a 6B tax incentive.  Hamilton Partners bought the 13.9-acre distribution center from Frito Lay in Wheeling earlier this year.  The property is located in northeast Cook County, south of Lake-Cook Road and approximately three miles west of I-94 and I-294.

Morgan/Harbour was selected as design-builder to construct the ground-up warehouse facility on 14 acres, comprised of 181,046 square feet divisible to as small as 50,000 square feet.
