M&R Development Begins Construction on The Residences at Hamilton Lakes

New 297-Unit Luxury Apt. Complex to Deliver Adjacent to Hamilton Lakes Business Park Next Spring

M&R Development has begun construction on a new 297-unit apartment complex located adjacent to the Hamilton Lakes Business Park at 1101 N. Arlington Heights Rd. in Itasca, IL.

Named The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, the mid-rise complex will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans across three four-story buildings with on-site amenities to include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, media room, gym, yoga/pilates studio, business center and event space, spa, sauna and steam room.

A joint venture between M&R Development, Itasca-based Hamilton Partners and Chicago-based Murphy O’Brien LLC, the development will complement the more than three million square feet of office space, restaurant and two hotels that make up the Hamilton Lakes Business Park, helping to fulfill the pent-up demand for luxury housing in the area, according to Anthony Rossi Sr., president of M&R Development.

In addition to its proximity to Hamilton Lakes, The Residences sits near I-290 and I-355 and is a five-minute drive from the Itasca Metra station, which connects prospective residents to downtown Chicago. The Woodfield Mall is also located just five miles north of the community.

Construction on The Residences at Hamilton Lakes is expected to conclude in spring 2017.
