NAIOP Utah, is Utah’s premier professional association of developers, owners, and investors of commercial real estate. This month the association recognized Hamilton Partners’ very own, George Arnold, who is currently the managing partner for Hamilton Partners Salt Lake City Office, Industrial and Apartment divisions.
George moved to the Salt Lake City office in 2015 from our corporate office in Itasca and has been growing the Hamilton Partners real estate portfolio along the Wasatch Front ever since. His I-215 Commerce Center development’s first phase has been completed. The two buildings have 102,146 SF and 374,288 SF available for lease, with the site being only 10 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 9 minutes from Salt Lake City.
In addition to his industrial portfolio, George has assisted in the development and leasing of Sandy Towers, 450,000 SF of Class A office space, and The East Village Apartments, both of which are located in the preferred Salt Lake Metro market. The area is adjacent to the UTA light rail system and walkable to employment, retail, and entertainment options.
