The building is a historic 204,681 square foot creative office building and attached parking structure located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Situated at a Main and Main intersection within Downtown’s financial, cultural, and entertainment districts, the five story multi-tenant building is a strategic downtown asset.
For more than a decade, Downtown Salt Lake City has been experiencing breakthrough growth. Hamilton Partners has been a longtime owner and developer in the Salt Lake Region and with this new acquisition will continue to grow it’s presence in the market.
