The Westin Chicago Northwest in Hamilton Lakes Business Park, is opening up three new dining options sure to please every palate. On March 20, 2017, there will be new options available to hotel guests and park visitors. The Westin has hired Peter Menteer as the new Executive Chef of the property. Chef Peter brings exceptional culinary leadership and expertise to the three new dining options:
The Marketplace will be a grab and go eatery featuring artisanal coffee, juice, smoothies and shakes. Food services include oven baked goods, freshly made paninis served with local beers and fine wines.
400 Park Bistro has a relaxed dining area with an outdoor patio for warmer days. Artfully crafted burgers and sandwiches paired with beer, wine and cocktails will be served next to 14 TVs and the lakeside views.
And for a continental fare perfectly prepared, visit Seared Fine Dining. Specializing in prime steaks and seafood and an award winning wine list, Seared will be an exciting venue for all visitors.
